I don't know how to ask without sounding like a snobby schmuck, but I'm looking for Romantic movies recommendations where the relationships are believable and not superficial.

I want to truly feel invested in seeing these two characters fall in love a la "When Harry met Sally," but I find a lot of the movies in the Romantic/RomCom categories just...trite? Poorly written? I don't know, I just don't like the characters and find none of their relationships believable, or healthy for that matter. So, can someone please recommend something that'll possibly fill my soul with love?
