Is there any information online about S.Korean director Im Chan-sang/Lim Chan-Sang?

I just watched The President's Barber on Netflix, great movie btw, and I'm trying to find information about its director, Im Chan-sang for a school assignment.

This guy is like a ghost, he doesn't have a wikipedia page, no interviews on youtube or any other website. Even his name is a bit of a mystery, in google and wikipedia he is referred to as Im Chan-sang, but IMDB refers to him as Lim Chan-sang or Chang-sang Lim. The only information I'm able to find is that he was born in 1969, and he has directed 2 movies.

Im sure Korean websites will have more information about him than American ones, but it's baffling how a man who has made such a good movie is completely absent from the internet.
