What's you favorite movie related "leaked" spoiler that ended up not being true?

Usually the ones I'm talking about revolve around action-packed blockbusters and comic book films, but what was one "leaked" tid-bit from an upcoming movie that you either got your hopes up for, or ended up getting mad about?

It's kind of hard to make-up a good one nowadays since everything can be verified in some way online, but I remember back in the early 2000s, pre-crowded internet, when a juicy casting choice or bit of the script was "leaked" and people taking it as gospel, or losing their minds over it. Usually they come from people hoping Hollywood sees their suggestion and turns it into reality, or agents trying to get their client's name in discussions.
