What iconic movie would benefit from being recast?

This is just to see if anyone else ever wonders what could have been. It doesn't have to be actual casting considerations, but rather any case where you think an actor or actors being replaced with someone else would make a better, or at least, very interesting change to a movie or franchise.

For me, it is probably sacrilege, but ever since learning Kurt Russell was considered for the part of Han Solo, I would love to see what that would have looked like. It definitely could have changed Han into a more grizzled character, but still someone you could root for. I imagine it would borrow from his later performances as MacCready or Snake Plisken, and really change the dynamic of the Millennium Falcon's crew.
